Anybody here have any idea to develop the white elephant buiding in batu pahat such as Wisma Supreme, Wira court, bukit pasir plaza is seem a waste for leaving the building that way...

let's not forget the big building on top of the bus station.

actually Wira Court and that Bukit Pasir building still have potential because a lot of business activities are happening in that part of the town.

Wira Court cannot be another shopping mall, its time has passed, and people now remembers it as a failed shopping mall. so maybe turn it into a hotel? it'll have the first dip for visitors coming from the north.

Bukit Pasir building can be an office building, but it is facing the same problem as Wisma Supreme -- lack of car parks. Taman Bukit Pasir is already full as it is, so how can the surrounding streets accommodate another 100-200 cars which park there permanently during the day?

maybe a learning center, college or tuition center? students usually don't have cars, and they also don't mind going up and down building, unlike aunty uncle who complain about staircase.

i am isaac beh from batu pahat too.my suggestion is:

1.turn wira court to a college or a education centre
2.a bridge connect bukit pasir mall and wira court to combine this two building become a largest mall (1utama)
3.wisma supreme can be a financial centre or hotel.car park can be build at beside that place

I am agree with u as Bukit pasir mall and wira court need to build a bridge.

hotel will be good for the old wisma supreme and wira court..but need to clear the 'dirty' parts of these two buildings..
but seriously, i think it will better for an education centre for wira court..batu pahat is short of its own colleges...many of the SPM leavers have to leav their hometown and opt for colleges in other states especially kl.
